We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our primary courier, we find an alternative and inform you of any timeline changes.

You are responsible for a correct, complete, accessible address. CricStitch is not responsible for delays from incorrect address information. Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages.
Most couriers make 2-3 attempts. If all fail, the package returns to us and re-shipping charges apply.
We inform you promptly if delays occur and provide revised timelines. We do not offer refunds solely for delays unless they exceed 15 working days beyond the agreed timeline due to our fault.
Check packaging for damage before accepting. Open and inspect products the same day. Verify quantity and check against approved mockup. Contact us within 48 hours with photographs if issues are found.
If no movement for 7+ working days after dispatch, contact us. We investigate and either re-produce and re-ship at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
Document with photos within 48 hours. We replace affected items at no additional cost.
