By accessing the CricStitch website (cricstitch.site), submitting a requirement form, communicating with our team, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
CricStitch is a custom order service, not an online store. Every item is designed and manufactured from scratch based on your requirements. Submitting a form is an expression of interest — not a purchase or binding order.
You must be at least 18 years of age or acting through a parent/guardian, capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law, and providing accurate information.
Filling out the form is free and non-binding. It starts a conversation, not an order.
We contact you within 24 hours. This phase is also non-binding.
We create a visual mockup at no cost. If you decide not to proceed after extensive design work, a nominal design fee may apply (communicated in advance).
Detailed quote including unit price, quantity, total, shipping, taxes, payment terms, and timeline. Valid for 15 days.
An order is confirmed only when: you approve the final design, accept the quoted price, and make the agreed payment.
Changes after confirmation may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Prices are not listed because every order is unique. The quoted price after mockup creation is final — no hidden charges. Payment terms (typically 50% advance, 50% before dispatch) are specified in each quote. All payments in INR unless agreed otherwise.
You are responsible for correct player names, numbers, sizes, spellings, logo files, colour codes, and delivery address. CricStitch is not responsible for errors from incorrect information you provided. Review mockups carefully before approval.
Minor colour variations between screen and fabric are normal (sublimation printing). Sizing tolerance of +/- 1 cm is standard. These are not considered defects.
Before production: minor changes may be free. After production starts: changes are generally not possible or may incur additional costs and delays.
You agree to indemnify CricStitch from any claims arising from your breach of these terms, IP infringement through your content, misuse of products, or false information.
Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement.
We may modify these terms at any time. Existing confirmed orders follow the terms at confirmation time.
